In my current role as Senior Director, Engineering and Finance, I lead a team of multi-disciplinary engineers and designers to deliver state of the art, energy efficient office, lab and manufacturing facilities for biologics research and development. In previous roles, I lead teams that delivered long range operational expense and capital budgets during an employee population growth period of over 80%, managing the associated real estate portfolio. Additional significant accomplishments include the development and implementation of enterprise wide resource maintenance planning and metrology & automation systems.
