The pop in my job: As a process engineer at my core, I am driven to make every process more effective and efficient. This extends beyond manufacturing processes into transactional processes and even the processes people use to prepare for meetings or evaluate performance. Technology is enabling so much more capability every year to gather, visualize, and analyze data that it is exciting to see what insights can be gained and improvements made. And then once improvements are deployed, the entire continuous improvement process starts over for even more improvement opportunities. All the while, these tools should be making people's lives simpler and easier and making decisions faster and better.
